Medal Specs:
Horse & Hound Jr/Am Medal 3’ Open to all Junior and Amateur riders who have not
won a 3'6 or higher medal finals in the last 3 years and who are not showing 3'6 or
higher at this show. To be shown over a hunter or jumper course of 3’ fences with
2 tests included in the course. Five (5) points qualifies for the Finals at the Murieta
Autumn Classic (www.murietaautumnclassic.com) in October. If 15 or more
competed, points will be awarded 10-8-7-6-5-4-3-2; if 5 or more competed, points
will be awarded 7-5-4-3-2-1; if only 4 competed, points will be awarded 5-3-2-1; if
only 3 competed, points will be awarded 4-2-1; if only 2 competed, the points will
be awarded 3-1. If a rider places in the class who has already qualified, the points
will be awarded to the next placed rider. A minimum of two (2) riders are required
to hold the class. Previous winners of the Horse & Hound Jr/Amateur Medal Finals
are no longer eligible to compete.
